RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

access;
rectification;
erasure;
restriction;
objection;
data portability;
withdrawal of consent.

The data subject may exercise their rights and/or request information regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Data Controller.

The GDPR grants the data subject:

1. the right to withdraw consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

2. the right of access, namely the possibility to obtain a copy of the personal data as well as to know: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; where possible, the envisaged personal data retention period or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; the existence of the data subject’s right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning them or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where the data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source; the existence of solely automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject;
